Chef's Challenge

A special appeal from Joe Breidenstein, proprietor of Springbrook Hills:

Challenge Mountain is the nation's only non-profit organization that provides adaptive recreation exclusively to people with special needs (www.challengemtn.org). The organization is volunteer driven, and 100% of every donated dollar goes directly to special programs. I have watched their inception, ups & downs, restructuring and recent impressive success at providing services that make a definite difference in the quality of life for those that participate in programs. While programs are open to all ages, I would say a large majority of participants are kids into their teens.
