FALL MUSHROOM HUNTING WEEKEND IS FUN, INFORMATIVE AND FEATURES FINE WINE & GREAT FOOD

The vibrant colors of autumn cover the forest floor as wild mushrooms add colorful shapes and textures to this favorite season. Many of these exotic fungi are delicious edibles, eagerly sought by gourmet chefs.

A FALL MUSHROOM MANIA weekend at northern Michigan's Springbrook Hills offers an opportunity to learn about, hunt and dine on these delectable delicacies. Knowledgeable guides assist guests in hunting, identifying, handling and preparing this magnificent autumn bounty.

Weekends for this exciting outing are set for Sept. 7-9, Sept. 21-23 & Sept. 28-30.

A complete package, for $197.00, includes two nights' lodging in convenient vacation homes, guided mushroom hunting and identification, all meals featuring wild mushroom dishes, and fine Michigan wines with the Saturday evening dinner.

Groups of 6 or more: $185.00 per person. If no lodging required: $145.00.

Extra night's lodging is available for $25.00 per person.

Fall is the ideal season to take advantage of the outstanding fishing and world-class golfing available throughout the beautiful, temperate northern Michigan climate. Shopping in nearby communities yield many special purchase opportunities, as merchants are winding down their seasons. An extended stay is guaranteed to be a delightful and memorable experience.
